Milksmith Receives Mayor’s BIZ Award for Community Leadership on Corydon Avenue

We’re thrilled to share that Milksmith has been awarded the Mayor’s Business Improvement Zone (BIZ) Award for Corydon Avenue, recognizing the impact we’ve made in our local community and our commitment to making Winnipeg a better place to live, work, and do business.

Presented annually by the Mayor of Winnipeg, the BIZ Awards celebrate small businesses that contribute meaningfully to the economic and cultural vibrancy of their neighbourhoods. For us, this honour reflects the heart of Milksmith: a love for community, a passion for creativity, and a deep belief in the power of ice cream to bring people together.

At Milksmith, we believe ice cream is just the beginning. Every scoop, every roll, and every boba-inspired drink is a chance to create connection and joy. Whether it’s through collaborations with local makers, support for community events, or our playful surprises that delight guests, we aim to lead with intention and care.
