Service Description
Choose from two ice cream bases, tons of mix-ins and choice of drizzle to create your very own pint of ice cream to take home--guests enjoy a mini cup of their ice cream at the party as well! Includes 2 hours of private use of our shop to host the ultimate ice cream making party. Additional add-on activities can be added to your customized package. Great for birthday parties, get togethers, staff outings and more! We take care of the set-up, clean-up and staffing in our beautiful instagram-worthy space.
Cancellation Policy
We require a non-refundable $150 deposit in order to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due at the end of the event and that balance alone is refundable if Milksmith Inc. receives written notice of cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event date. If we are unable to perform services, an alternative date will be rescheduled based upon availability within the same contracted year. Rescheduling with less than 14 days notice will incur a $75 rescheduling fee per rescheduling. A completed service agreement form with complete quote will be sent to you. We require a filled out, signed service agreement emailed back to us to confirm your booking. Any changes to your party package will need to be confirmed in writing on your service agreement in order to be considered valid. Parties late 20 minutes or more will forfeit their party booking and deposit. Any outside food must be pre-approved by Milksmith. Outside activities are not permitted unless authorized by Milksmith in advance. Parties have a minimum spend of $395 (before taxes).
